In 2005 year 21 clinics are functioning at Research Institutions (RI)  of Siberian Branch with aggregate patient capacity of 3470 beds.  15 clinics have outpatients departments. The SB RAMS clinics employ over 1100 physicians, 74.2 % of the clinicians have clinical privileges, out of which 45.4% were awarded the top category.

At the clinics of SB RAMS highly specialized comprehensive multidisciplinary care is available  including internal medicine, cardiology, pediatric, psychoneurological, oncological and other services. Clinics of SB RAMS research institutions are located in Novosibirsk (5), Tomsk (6), Tyumen, Kemerovo, Irkutsk (2), Krasnoyarsk, Angarsk, Khabarovsk, Blagovshtchensk, Vladivostok, Novokuznetsk.

Clinics of SB RAMS research institutions have a status of federal clinical centers and are to provide medical service to the patients from every region of Siberia and Far East. Lately, non-residents accounted for 10-12%  of the total number of treated patients.

 In compliance with annual order of the RF Ministry of Public Health and of SB RAMS, 8 clinics of SB RAMS research institutions provide expensive (high-tech) medical services. In 2003-2004, 10653 patients were provided state-paid medical services of this type. Off-budgetary financing was provided for high-tech treatment of 3787 more patient, which yields the total number of 14400 patients.

Clinics serve as the prime site for clinical research carried out by research institutions of the Academy and for practical  implementation of applied research results of the Institutes.

Provides all kinds of cardiovascular surgery for both adult and pediatric patients including operations using cardiopulmonary bypass; offers expensive (high-tech) services.

The clinic of the TSC  (Tomsk Scientific center) RI for medical genetics provides medical genetic consultations and counseling to families [and individuals] affected by hereditary diseases; offers prenatal diagnostics of congenital malformations and hereditary diseases; offers expensive (high-tech) services to pediatric patients with genetic pathology.

The clinic of TSC RI for oncology provides advanced specialized treatment to head and neck cancer patients, as well as at the departments of general oncology, urologic oncology, gynecology, department of chemotherapy; offers expensive (high-tech) services to patients from Siberia and Far East.

The clinic of TSC RI for pharmacology carries out clinical study and trial of in-house developed drugs; departments of hematology, internal medicine, cardiology and neurology offer high quality health care services.

The clinic of TSC RI for obstetrics, gynecology, and perinatology provides pregnancy and labor management for patients with various  pregnancy pathologies; low birth-weight baby care.

The clinic of TSC RI for mental health treats mental patients suffering from alcohol and drug addiction; cases of treatment resistant schizophrenia.

The clinic of RI for clinical immunology (Novosibirsk) offers high quality specialized care at the departments of rheumatology, allergology, immunopathology, hematology, performs transplantation of bone-marrow and of autologous hemopoietic stem cell transplantation for treatment of different diseases; offers expensive (high-tech) health care services.
